If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return if:

• The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
• The product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

Van Marlee reserves the right to reject return requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products due to customer handling
• Products without original packaging or tags
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Clearance or final sale items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support team via email.
2. Provide order details and reason for return.
3. Our team will guide you through the return steps.
4. After approval, the product must be shipped back or picked up by our logistics partner.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

5. Replacement Policy

Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping may be free for damaged or wrong products.
• For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return process must be followed.
